How do you motivate customers to take action, engage with your brand, and add that magic by connecting with them emotionally? Here is the 5-step process I use.
—Step 1: Identify characteristics of your customer. As always, know who your customer is.
—Step 2: Know the problem that they are trying to solve. The job to be done.
—Step 3 Know how the solution you are offering will help them. How you are solving it compared to how other people are solving it.
—Step 4 Determine what will motivate customers to take the next step. This is where the magic happens. We’ll go into detail here.
—Step 5 Create a picture of what life could be like with the new solution. Here I’ll present some strategies and mindsets to get customers engaged.
