Workforce diversity data is changing all the time, and yet it really hasn't changed dramatically in the last few years. In part this is because most organizations do not track the most important diversity data. It's also because the definition of diversity itself is shifting and changing as we learn more about unconscious bias and the cost of discriminations of all kinds.
What is most clear is that many in society feel discriminated against for many different reasons, leading the workforce to overlook many precious human resources.
