Creating eLearning content requires designing good learner experiences, but how do we know how it would look like that?. In a traditional face-to-face learning environment, we start assessing the learners' needs and then applying the appropriate learning strategy. In an eLearning environment, we use a similar approach plus additional tools based on digital instructional design.

From my perspective, his description of how "people eat with their eyes first, they fall in love with their eyes first, as well as learning with their eyes first," is an excellent example to keep in mind to create compelling eLearning experiences.
