In this article, we have learned why it is important to move beyond the traditional intelligence styles when facilitating training in the workplace. Learned effective ways to delivery instruction based on three important learning styles, and how to evaluate these learners. Many of the methods discussed in this article can be incorporated into blended learning activities and curriculum that uses technology. Ultimately, the trainers goal should be to engage every learner in the class room and infuse the individual learners strengths into their education.
