If there is one thing that school doesn’t teach you, it’s how to navigate your career properly. Instead, you’re left to rely on advice from your (well-meaning but often misguided) family members--and somehow decide which of the million career resources would be useful to you. With so much conflicting information out there, it can be easy to feel lost. Sometimes you don’t even know where to begin!
I’m here to help with that part, starting with the resources below.

About the Curator

Anisa is a digital journalist on the workplace, productivity, and personal development beat. She is currently an editor and writer for Fast Company, where she experiments with different productivity hacks and talks to experts and successful people on what it takes to have a thriving career.
Anisa’s path to journalism was inspired by her own quarter-life crisis. In her former life, she was a commercial lawyer who spent far too many evenings and weekends (when she wasn’t working) reading too many biographies of successful people, self-improvement books and work-related articles. Somewhere down the line, she started dreaming about doing those things for a living, and then she realized she could. She moved to New York to pursue a graduate journalism degree from NYU. BesidesFast Company, her bylines have also appeared on Business Insider, The Verge, and Mashable.
