With over 14 years of experience in training and instructional design, Emily has executed in-person and online training programs for the federal government, nonprofits, and the corporate sector. She published her first book, e-Learning Department of One, through ATD Press. She's creating modules for technical, soft skill, and behavior change. She holds a Master's of Science degree in Instructional Science and Technology and has CSPO, CSM, and PMI-ACP certifications.
