Instructional design should provide opportunities for learners to partake in the educational experience at a pace that commiserates with their ability to retain knowledge. Learners should be able to take advantage of their inherently unique skills to promote a successful experience. Opportunities to read uncluttered webpages and organized documents should go hand-in-hand with interactive centerpieces and well-spoken audio files. All of these items synchronized to promote a learning experience the students and the facilitators can be proud of.
