This activity will ask participants to respond to a scenario drawn from the case study video. Participants will read the scenario and then choose one of three possible responses. Once they have clicked on their choice, they will read the outcome that this decision produces. Participants may click on all three choices to see the different outcomes that they produce.

We hope that this activity will help participants see that there is no single correct response to the complicated situations that arise in supporting student activism. All responses have benefits and trade-offs; the outcomes that this activity shows will highlight this truth.

We first considered having participants write their own responses. However, given that the two assignments in this unit require significant writing, we chose a different format here. Additionally, through this format participants have the chance to explore the outcomes of responses they may not have considered on their own.
