Emma Chiappetta
Emma Chiappetta teaches mathematics at Wasatch Academy in Central Utah. Emma focuses on educating each student individually by facilitating a competency-based curriculum in which students learn the material at their own pace through a medium of their choosing. Emma also emphasizes the use of authentic assessments like projects and challenging mathematical puzzles. Emma was named K12 Teacher of the Year in Utah in 2017. Emma also serves as the curriculum coordinator at Wasatch.
